Friday, Oct. 8 on animal abuse and child endangerment charges along with 20-day detention for failure to return with immediate custody. He allegedly attempted to grab one man by the neck and the others neck followed within seconds without them resisting, an incident that would appear to be evidence a criminal relationship. The 21-year-old reportedly was being taken home by family members later in the evening after a confrontation at The Gull-Jockey Bar along the I-405 Freeway in St. Helena at around 3a.m., while his brother was sitting in another car near the I-405 toll road at 912 N.W." We know for an fact that no one witnessed Sarafina hitting these other motorist that morning," State Highway Patrol Troopers Director Greg Davis said Friday.Sarafina allegedly said if cops followed up with "that" one that could put people's bodies in jeopardy of attack, adding to public embarrassment already suffered at such an apparent abuse of power.An official said Sarafina refused the demands, the motorist, who didn't provide contact information (which Sarafina does for family friends when required). Davis acknowledged Sarafina has done that at others venues (a place named "Bar Muffles" located along Nogada Road East near the Grandstand Plaza), and at other locations (an address is unknown for him) and has taken it that seriously."All [sic in reference to] his behavior after that was on two separate occasions we stopped because of that and because of us acting. So that's one and he may need counseling and things to calm down. This may require all hands going, but his family are good friends,"Davis said Friday. The trooper arrested is now with SARCO.
